I think being nice is badass.

   I think holding the door for a stranger is bold.
   I think striking up conversation with a cashier is daring.
   I think paying for the next-in-line’s coffee is crazy.
   I think speaking gently during rush hour is radical.
   I think washing dishes for mom is a day-making.
   I think bringing flowers to a sick friend is game-changing.

I think humbly forgiving,
           openly smiling,
           unabashedly laughing,
           really hugging

           redeems the world.

I don’t think too nice exists;
I don’t think
too happy
too loving

do either.

                     I think being nice shouldn’t have to be badass.
